A well-established law firm in Memphis is seeking a motivated Litigation / Probate Attorney to join their team. Key Responsibilities :

• Handle probate, estate, and trust litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in contested probate matters, will contests, guardianships, and related disputes.
• Manage general litigation matters as assigned.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Appear in court, conduct hearings, and handle trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
