• Responsible for all construction site activity within assigned project(s), including the scheduling, relationship management and supervision of all subcontractors
• Inspects and accepts the work performed in each phase of the construction and maintains site cleanliness
• Attends all project site meetings
• Ensures project stays on schedule
• Check and ensure quality of plumbing systems
• Communicates with onsite supervisors, GC, and crews to develop, establish and maintain highly functional relationships with diverse personalities is mandatory
• Capable of representing our company in a professional and trustworthy manner.
• Manage materials, ordering what’s needed and ensuring little overage.
