A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate II who will resolve routine inquiries and issues for members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and research routine inquiries from members and providers, initiating corrective actions as needed
Mitigate complaints to resolve issues during the initial contact
Document member and provider communications for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to experience
Experience in a contact center environment is preferred
Must reside within the eastern standard time zone for remote work
