About the role

As a Design Engineer (MTS), you'll own user experiences end-to-end, from concept to shipped product. You'll work directly with customers, influence product direction, and build the interfaces that define how millions of users interact with AI. This isn't a typical design or engineering role. You'll :

• Ship full features independently : engineer, build, and iterate based on real user feedback
• Work directly with customers : understand their needs deeply and validate solutions with them
• Shape product direction : your design and technical insights will directly influence our roadmap
• Build in public : see your work used by users at some of the world's leading AI companies within days
