Compensation :

This is a commission-based role. This role does not include a base salary, but offers significant income opportunities based on your results.

  • Based on meeting performance expectations, first-year earnings typically range from $50,000–$75,000
  • Performance-based bonuses

  • We can only consider applicants authorized to work in the United States.

    Compensation :

    $50,000 - $75,000 at plan commission

    Responsibilities :

  • Leverage company-provided marketing tools and industry resources.
  • Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs.
  • Attend hybrid meetings, including in-person team collaboration, as required.
  • Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning.
  • Develop client relationships and provide tailored financial strategies.
  • Qualifications :

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership or a proven track record of success.
  • No prior financial experience is required, and comprehensive training is included.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Sales experience is highly recommended
