Our team combines industry expertise with innovative tools to make lending simple and stress-free.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Mortgage Support Advisor to assist our Loan Officers and provide administrative support throughout the mortgage process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, staying on top of details, and supporting a high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Loan Officers with client communications, loan documentation, and application tracking.Collect, verify, and organize borrower information and required paperwork.Maintain accurate records in loan origination systems (LOS) and CRM platforms.Coordinate loan processing, follow-ups, and document submission to ensure timely closings.Provide exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries and guiding them through the mortgage process.Prepare marketing materials, reports, and internal communications as needed.Support team projects and office operations to maintain smooth workflow.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.13 years of experience in mortgage, banking, real estate, or administrative support roles.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with close attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn loan origination systems (LOS) and CRM platforms.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Mortgage Processor, or in a mortgage / real estate support role.Familiarity with residential mortgage products, compliance, and lending guidelines.Experience with marketing materials, client outreach, or social media support.Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a supportive, growing team in a dynamic mortgage brokerage.Training and mentorship to grow your career in mortgage support or lending.Competitive hourly base pay based on experiencePerformance-based bonuses  opportunity to earn an additional $4,500$30,000+ annually based on file volume and team successPaid time offFlexible work environment and access to modern tools and technology.
