Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the overall operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
• Lead, motivate, and supervise store employees to achieve performance and sales targets
• Maintain and analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements to ensure financial health and growth
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers within the agricultural community
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement of agricultural products and equipment
