Human Resource Generalist
The position performs essential Human Resource generalist duties for the Aging Facilities (Veterans' Home of Wyoming, Wyoming Pioneer Home, and Wyoming Retirement Center).
Essential functions include processing termination paperwork, managing donated sick leave, entering pension information, reviewing payroll data, and assisting with the recruitment and orientation process.
Knowledge of federal laws, state personnel rules, and human behavior is required. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 0-2 years of relevant experience are necessary, or 3-5 years of experience with knowledge at the level of a Human Resources Associate II.
Physical working conditions typically involve sitting, some walking, standing, bending, and carrying light items. The position is non-exempt.
