Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager who will report directly to the Pre-litigation Department Manager. The Senior Case Manager will participate in all aspects of our law practice.

_Supervisory Responsibilities : _

  • Case Managers and Legal Assistants
  • Duties / Responsibilities :
  • Train and lead Case Managers and Assistants.
  • Handle high volume of Personal Injury Pre-litigation Cases.
  • Maintain communication with clients and provide case updates promptly.
  • Monitor and maintain client treatment case files
  • Obtaining evidence, documents, medical records, and medical bills related to our clients' case
  • Assisting clients with their bodily Injury claim in assisting the clients with treatment.
  • Assisting clients with their property damage claims.
  • Correspond with Insurance Companies on a daily basis.
  • Organize and maintain electronic case files within the company software / case management system.
  • Required Skills / Abilities :
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Strong communication, time management & organization skills
  • Self-starter with a high level of resourcefulness and initiative
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Computer skills such as MS Office and Case management software
  • Education and Experience :
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) written and verbal
  • 3-5 years Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience
  • Physical Requirements :
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
