A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that support employer partners and drive platform utilization.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary marketing liaison for employer partners, managing marketing material requests

Develop scalable systems and toolkits to support customer marketing and communication

Plan and execute marketing for exhibitor and partner events

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, customer marketing, or partner marketing (SaaS or healthcare preferred)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience supporting marketing efforts for events or customer engagement programs

Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across departments

Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
