This is an hourly / wage position and is not entitled to the Commonwealth of Virginias state benefits package. This position is limited to no more than 1500 hours in a 12-month period and averages no more than 29 hours a week.
The Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) Division of Local Training and Development in the Eastern Regional Office is currently seeking a Training Assistant. This position will be responsible for assisting the Division in supporting the delivery of human services program training for 120 local agencies and community partners and maintaining the appropriate regional training center(s). This position will support the System Data and Support Supervisor the regional office staff the trainers within the division and agency leadership.
