Job description

Compensation : $215K $245K Base Salary + Incentive Bonus

Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance Available

Our model empowers physicians to focus on quality outcomes and preventive care supported by collaborative teams and comprehensive onsite resources. We prioritize relationships over volume, ensuring every patient receives personalized attention and every provider enjoys balance and support. Position Highlights

  • Compensation : $215K $245K base (commensurate with experience and location)
  • Bonus : Performance-based, tied to quality metrics
  • Team Support : Dedicated Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker
  • Clinic Resources : Onsite lab with phlebotomist; RubiconMD for specialist consultations
  • EMR Systems : Canopy and Greenway
  • Model : Value-based primary care
  • Clinic Staffing : 3 5 providers per site (mix of MDs and NPs)
  • Patient Services : Complimentary transportation within 5 miles
  • Community Wellness Programs : Exercise, yoga, dance, and special events
