About the Job
We're looking for a Power Electronics Lead to join our Energy Storage Systems (ESS) Engineering team. This person will be responsible for the architecture, design, and technical direction of our power conversion systems. You'll play a critical role in shaping how energy moves within and beyond our battery systemsfrom cell to grid. We're seeking someone with deep technical experience and a track record of shipping high-reliability, high-voltage power systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who wants to own hard problems, work cross-functionally, and help build world-class energy storage products from the ground up.
