Strong and established real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial properties. The portfolio consists of properties throughout Palm Beach County.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with vendors to ensure compliance with service contracts
- Ensure adherence to property owners policies and procedures, as well as compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agency directives
- Perform site inspections
- Oversee leasing
- Resolve any tenant issues
- Implement polices & procedures
- Manage facilities and maintenance staff
- Various related duties as needed
