Overview

HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-Time Physical Therapist Opportunity in Mishawaka, IN.

• Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana.
• Setting : Two outpatient programs inside of a 120-bed Assisted Living / Independent living facility and a similar facility that is 4 miles and 130-beds.
• Provide outpatient services to the residents in their rooms or in the onsite gym.
• Both sites have great partnerships with facility staff.
• Open to Part-Time and / or PRN option, covering one or both sites.
• Full-Time starting pay at $50 per hour plus based on experience.
