This is a hands-on role designed for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and grow into a larger leadership position as our company expands.You dont need decades of experience just a strong foundation in finance / accounting, solid problem-solving skills, and the ambition to take on new challenges. This role has a clear path to expand into CFO-level responsibilities over time.Key ResponsibilitiesManage finance operations, including accounting, payroll, compliance, and reporting.Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models.Track cash flow, expenses, and key financial metrics.Implement and maintain financial controls.Provide clear reports and insights to leadership.Support long-term planning, fundraising, and investment decisions.Learn and support crypto-related finance activities (training provided).RequirementsBachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).13+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.Strong knowledge of financial reporting and basic accounting principles.Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (required).Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial software.Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to grow into a leadership role.Crypto / Blockchain knowledge a plus but not required.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary : $80,000 $100,000 (commensurate with experience)Bonus & Incentives : Token Vesting Options AvailableEquity / Stock Options : Ownership in the companys future growthHealth Insurance (employer-sponsored coverage)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysFinancial incentives for onsite presence in our Blacksburg office
