Position Summary:
The QA Technician is responsible for supporting quality assurance processes to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves inspections, testing, documentation, and collaboration with production teams to maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final product inspections
Conduct quality testing according to established procedures
Document and report inspection results accurately
Identify and communicate quality issues or deviations
Assist with investigations and corrective actions
Verify compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
Maintain quality records and files
Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Previous quality assurance or quality control experience preferred
Knowledge of GMP, FDA, or ISO standards (as applicable)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
