Key Responsibilities
Oversee community channels on Reddit, Discord, and Steam, ensuring alignment with franchise tone
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to drive player retention and growth
Create and publish content, monitor community sentiment, and track engagement metrics
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience managing gaming communities on Reddit, Discord, or Steam
Deep understanding of platform-specific cultures and best practices
Experience collaborating with game developers or live service teams
Familiarity with moderation tools and community analytics platforms
Passion for games and fandom culture, particularly in franchise-driven ecosystems
