Position : Live-In Housekeeper / Cook or Domestic Couple

Location : Greenwich, CT

Schedule : Full-Time, 5 days / week with flexibility to work weekends

Accommodations : Private quarters on the 3rd floor of a 17,000 sq ft estate

Household : Active family of three w (no pets)

Overview

A high-profile family in Greenwich, CT, is seeking either a Live-in Housekeeper / Cook or an experienced Domestic Couple to join their household team. The ideal candidates will be proactive, discreet, and service-oriented, with a strong background in luxury home care and hospitality. The current domestic couple will remain involved in a live-out capacity, overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple properties, but will no longer reside at this estate.

Primary Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Laundry

• Full charge housekeeping of all interior spaces, including antiques and fine surfaces
• Laundry and linen care, including washing, pressing, and organizing

Cooking & Entertaining

Errands & Household Support

Compensation & Benefits

(Couple) salary : $175,000–$215,000 / year (commensurate with experience)

(Housekeeper / Cook) salary : $85,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
