Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians

Administer medications and treatments during day shifts

Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs

Support patients with daily activities and recovery goals

Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Arizona or compact state

Current BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently during day shifts in a fast-paced environment
