Job Description

Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Site Reliability Engineer (multiple openings) in Highlands Ranch, COto :

• Keep Visa applications and systems up and running 24
• 7.
• Support critical applications and ensure the stability of the applications by performing proactive maintenance activities, engaging in automation activities, conducting root cause analysis and remediation.
• Work on product support processes such as incident / change / problem management, call triaging, and escalation procedures.
• Write and maintain scripts to monitor system activity including application smoke test activities during pre and postproduction implementations.
• Configure and troubleshoot software applications, systems, databases, and associated devices.
• Position reports to the Highlands Ranch, Colorado office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an engineer-related occupation.

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $100,000.00 USD to $155,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
