Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Coordinator - Bilingual (English / Spanish) at Tomy Rivero Beauty Lab, located in New York, NY. The Salon Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations including phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, and receptionist duties. This role entails greeting clients, managing client queries, and providing exceptional customer service. The Salon Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and team as well maintaining the company standards of operations.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a MUST
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a salon or beauty industry is a plus

Pay rate : $18 an hr
