THE PRACTICE :

This is an opportunity for a board certified fellowship trained Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist to join Mid Florida Eye Center, (https : / / www.midfloridaeye.com ),  a leader in comprehensive eye care in central Florida.  Mid-Florida Eye Center and the Cataract & Retina Laser Institute  are   one of the most progressive, high quality, multi-specialty practices nationwide using some of the industrys most advanced technology in our state-of-the-art office space and ambulatory surgery center.

We are a group of 7 doctors focusing on optometric care, retina surgery, glaucoma, oculoplastics, cornea, refractive and comprehensive ophthalmology services.

$400,000+ Guaranteed Salary plus a lucrative production bonus easily putting income in the top 90th percentile in the US. $25,000 Sign on bonus and paid relocation.  In addition to excellent benefits and PTO, this also includes a Provider Incentive Program allowing physicians to share in the future success of the business. No "buy in" required and the amount payable is based on proceeds in connection with a future sale of the company and the eligible participants personally performed services.
