Catholic Music Director

Position Title :

• Catholic Music Director Location : Whiteman Air Force Base , MO 65305 Job Type : Full Time Requirments : The candidate shall Have a Bachelor’s degree in Music, Sacred Music, or related field from an accredited institution.
• The candidate shall have Demonstrated proficiency in at least one primary accompaniment instrument (piano or organ) with the ability to play both contemporary and traditional liturgical music.
• The candidate shall have a  Minimum of three (3) years of experience directing music programs and serving as an accompanist in a church, chapel, or similar environment.
• The candidate shall have  Proven ability to select, arrange, and direct music for various services, ceremonies, and special events in accordance with liturgical seasons and traditions.
• The candidate shall Experience supervising and rehearsing volunteer or paid choirs, ensembles, or soloists.
• The candidate shall Strong sight-reading skills to support live performance adjustments during services.
• The candidate shall Ability to work collaboratively with chaplains, clergy, and other worship leaders to plan and execute musical elements of services.
• The candidate shall Familiarity with multiple worship styles and ability to transition between them as needed.
