Job descriptionMust be able to work Fridays May not be 100% CV 12hr Beeper Call available on some Saturdays - not required 8hr Weeknight Call Would like to review providers who are interested in the occasional overnight shift - weeknight and / or weekends. Not required. Support staff : Care Team Model 3 : 1 - 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept. to turn rooms over, bring supplies etc. Amount of coverage needed per month : FTE Patient population / age : 12+ Department description : Tertiary facility EMR : Epic Special procedures : Heart Transplants, ECMO, High Acuity Vascular Procedures, Structural Hearts, High Complexity Specialized non-invasive cases, higher bring back rates. Hospital - Tertiary facility- Level III Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required Registered Nurse Anesthetist - MN Board of Nursing required ACLS / BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Multisource required upon hire Minimum experience required : 1 year Credentialing Timeframe : 90-120 Days
Job Description
MINIMUM 2 weeks per month and MINIMUM 36 hours per week
New CV (post training) – 260 / hr
- eligible for 10 increase after 6 months
Preference goes to those who can work 16 hour shifts or overnights.
CV providers will only be considered if they are open to 16-hour shifts, two or more weeks per month.

Coverage Needed : Full Time Preferred. Minimum of two weeks per month required.

Lung cases are considered part of the general CRNA, no transplant.
The CV area is open hearts and vascular cases
