As a Nursing Assistant Leader, you will actively embrace our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. You'll develop a deep understanding of residents' interests and needs, assisting them in maximizing their independence and participation by providing outstanding care. Your role will encompass meeting basic needs, aiding with daily activities, and facilitating recreational engagements all within a safe environment.

Key Qualifications :

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in a program
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification (in-person training required; online courses not accepted)
• Previous experience as a CNA or in caregiving is preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Starting Pay : $21.00 per hour
