Department Coordinator, Client Services
The Client Service Department Coordinator partners with the Client Service leadership and all clinical staff to ensure daily Client Service Coordinator (CSC) department activities are completed in an effective and efficient manner. Along with, or in lieu of the CSC Lead, the Department Coordinator will properly allocate staffing and resources to facilitate the highest level of client service and patient care possible.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Incumbent must have the skills, ability, and judgment to perform the following essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation :
- Operate as the primary liaison between the CSCs, clients, doctors, and clinical staff for the CSC department
- Continuously review workload for the CSC team and formulate / implement plans to execute in a productive and efficient manner
- Assign work in accordance with but not limited to the check-in and checkout of clients and patients, appointment scheduling, A / R, client and staff communication, and all other CSC workflows
- Assist all CSC staff to ensure all client interface and patient care occurs in a timely manner
- Elevate any client, doctor, or staff member concern to the CSC Lead, or appropriate member of leadership as needed to respond to and resolve injuries or issues in a timely manner
- Provide ongoing feedback to / collaboration with the Clinical Leadership team on hospital activities and assist in problem solving
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Job Requirements
Education / Experience
College degree with 1 year of experience as a SAGE Client Service Coordinator; or the equivalent combination of transferable education / experience in a Hospitality or Veterinary Hospital environment.
