Hybrid role based in Brisbane, CA (3 days in-office, 2 days remote, with up to 20% travel).

$75,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

About the Job
As an Account Executive on the Direct Sales team at Odoo, you will drive new business by actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers across North America. Through outbound sales efforts such as cold calling, email outreach, and discovery calls, you will introduce organizations to Odoo's fully integrated suite of business applications.
You will manage the full sales cycle by identifying prospects, understanding their business needs, demonstrating Odoo's value, and closing deals. Account Executives receive comprehensive training in the Odoo ecosystem to deliver tailored product demos and support customers through a smooth implementation process.

Compensation and Perks
The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $75,000–$90,000 OTE (on‑target earnings), with a base salary range of $35,000–$50,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
