Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : $66,500 $87,360 annually

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living, work skills, and overall function

Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques

Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards

Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement activities, and interdisciplinary rounds
