JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage developer content tracker including :

Leading weekly meetings with content channel owners

Sourcing and populating company initiatives and working group priorities to identify gaps for content

Performance tracking and metrics monitoring of content pieces to identify trends and themes

Northstar Workshops

Manage intake form for global Northstar Workshop requests and plug into Builder Events plan quarterly

Source and upload attendance list into client's schema to trigger badge issuance

Manage issues escalations and follow-ups through email alias and account lookup for workshop attendees

MOOC Courses

Support Audio & Video Team with content recording, studio support, beta testing sourcing and feedback loop for upcoming courses

Tracking of flags for existing courses and follow-up with course owners for action

Medium blog

Manage content intake, review, and publication for content submitted on the Medium blog

Track metrics and performance to analyze trends

2-5 years of experience required
