Job description

Full-Time General Dentist- Rancho Dental

Temecula, CA

Position Highlights

  • Work-Life Balance : Monday - Friday schedule, 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM; adult-only patient population with high clinical demand
  • Desirable Practice Setting : Largest and most reputable family-oriented dental practice in Temecula Valley with a strong reputation for compassionate, comprehensive care; periodic pro bono events supporting community engagement
  • Ideal Work Environment : Nine operatories (additional operatory in development); state-of-the-art equipment including CBCT and iTero Scanner; dedicated doctor offices within a collaborative team model
  • Culture & Support : Supportive, collaborative clinical environment with four+ hygiene columns and two dental assistants per doctor; knowledgeable administrative team of five support members
  • Professional Growth Opportunities : Partnership track available; CE reimbursement / sponsorship for growth-focused learning

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation : W2 employment model; 30% of net production with potential flexibility; potential income range $350,000 - $450,000; profit-sharing program available
  • Sign-On & Retention Bonuses : Reasonable relocation bonus offered
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package : Full medical insurance coverage (55% employer-paid for employee & dependents); in-house dental care with discounted fee schedule; optional vision insurance; 401(k) with 100% match up to 4%; optional disability and life / AD&D coverage

    • Qualifications

  • Degree : DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Licensure : Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
  • Skills : Strong restorative and comprehensive general dentistry skills; highly preferred : cosmetics, Invisalign, dental sleep medicine, implants, and / or endodontics
  • Experience : Open to experienced dentists with strong clinical skills and motivation
