Administrative Assistant
An Addison Group client is looking for an Administrative Assistant!
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and scheduling support for senior team members.
- Assist with event coordination, volunteer assignments, and travel logistics.
- Manage volunteer data and profiles in organizational systems (including LineUp or similar tools).
- Serve as backup to senior administrative staff during high-volume periods, holidays, or leave.
- Communicate with global volunteers, ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines.
- Support item development and translation processes with international teams.
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely response to international inquiries, including outside of standard hours during peak periods.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and documents as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and events.
Requirements :
3+ years of administrative, program support, or volunteer coordination experience.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with volunteer management systems a plus.Professional, approachable, and assertive demeanor; able to set boundaries with external stakeholders.Flexibility to work across time zones and occasionally outside of standard hours.Multilingual skills (Arabic, Chinese, or Spanish preferred).International travel experience or familiarity with global business processes is a plus.Why choose Addison Group?
