As an Operator on our Production team, you’ll support the daily operations that keep our facility running smoothly. From loading and unloading materials to assembling and moving doors through the process, this role is hands-on and vital to ensuring that every door we deliver meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Operator (General Laborer) – 3rd Shift

Location : Jefferson City, TN

Schedule : 7 : 30 PM – 6 : 00 AM (Sunday night to Wednesday night) + OT on Thursday–Friday as needed

Pay : $21 / hr + $1 / hr shift differential

What You’ll Do

• Operate equipment and adjust settings as necessary, ensuring production goals are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Inspect, load, and move doors and raw materials with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Read and follow production schedules, schematics, and job orders to keep workflow consistent and on track.
• Perform quality checks at multiple stages of production, confirming that specifications are achieved and products are defect-free.
• Document downtime, adjustments, and production information to ensure accurate reporting and accountability.
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized while supporting a productive team environment.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and coworkers to support collaboration and maintain smooth operations.
• Perform minor repairs on wooden doors and components as needed to ensure products meet expectations.
