Trade Execution Support Specialist

The Opportunity

The Trade Execution Support Specialist will be a member of the MMLIS Trade Desk, supporting Registered Representatives, Clients, and Back Office departments with trade related inquiries, trading platform navigation, and order entry. The ideal candidate is motivated to solve problems - understanding the "why" behind a situation, has a focused attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. They will have an understanding of trading in general securities and how financial markets work.

The Impact

• Advises Registered Representatives regarding various aspects of the Brokerage & Advisory trading platforms
• Enters orders for equities, mutual funds, options, and fixed income
• Trouble shoots escalated issues and collaborates with field partners, other departments, and 3rd party business partners to work towards a resolution.
• Responsible for ad hoc projects relating to trade research, debit balance maintenance, and callouts to Registered Representatives and Field Agency Management.
