We are currently searching for a  Database Administrator  for Museum of Arts and Design .  The position is a full-time in-person ongoing temporary assignment with an hourly rate of $30 / hr - $32 / hr.

POSITION TITLE : Database Administrator

SCHEDULE : 40 Hrs / Week

DURATION : Temporary, Ongoing

HOURLY RATE : $30 - $32

Is This Your Dream Job?  The Database Administrator is a critical member of the Institutional Advancement Department and oversees the entry, processing, acknowledgement and analytics of every gift given to the Museum.

Our Ideal Candidate :

  • Knowledge of Raiser's Edge database software.
  • Experience in donor services and fundraising data collection and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional level of organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision.
  • Desire to be part of a team with the capacity to work well independently.
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, analytically, and deal effectively with challenges

How You Will Spend Your Day :

  • Maintain records in the Raiser's Edge database and provide reports on prospects, donors, gifts, and events.
  • Process all gifts and online donations.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of donor information through ongoing maintenance in Raisers Edge.
  • Direct liaison and primary contact to our direct mail partner deployment efforts as well as general fundraising support for donor development.
  • Generate all acknowledgements and pledge reminders for donors.
  • Work with the Finance to execute deposits, reconcile reports (development revenue, campaign status, pledge status) and prepare for audits.
  • Prepare all lists for Annual Reports and donor recognition needs.
  • Extract information and export data to other software applications.
  • Develop and manage data analysis as it relates to fundraising / donor activities.
  • Create and provide queries, reports, correspondence, and mailing lists from the database including weekly / monthly reports on campaign status, prospect management and constituent specific activity.
  • Works with the fundraising team on the mailings as needed.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned.
