Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring multi-skilled individuals for our Assembly Line Worker positions at a global leader in automotive seating in Georgetown, Ky.

Assembly Line Worker Benefits :

  • $18.00 / hr pay

Assembly Line Worker Duties :

  • Complete assembly of automotive seating units while maintaining good housekeeping, safety, quality and efficiency standards.
  • Performs line assembly and / or support operations to mass produce automotive seating units in accordance with specifications.
  • Builds parts in a specified manner according to the Operator Description Sheets
  • Develop proficiency in all production job functions and rotate in job cell into various workstations
  • Control processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
  • Restock work areas as needed to ensure proper workflow
  • Monitor production material quantities and report shortages
  • Ability to lift and / or carry seating components frequently (Lift assist devices are provided).
  • Complete, assembly of quality seating units
  • Walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, pull, push to move product through build process
  • Use of hand-held pneumatic tools, torque guns, ergonomic arms and other equipment to perform operations on the assembly line
  • Bolts, clips, screws, or otherwise fastens parts together
  • Operation of assembly fixtures
  • Problem solving of workplace issues
  • Quality inspections of work in progress
  • Work as part of a team to ensure on-time quality product to our customers (internal and external)
  • Incorporate safe working procedures into all daily activities in and around facility
  • Understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Comply with company rules, policies, and practices
  • Attends and participates in regular plant and group meetings and activities, to include regular exercise / stretching
  • Any and all other tasks as assigned by any member of management
  • Authority and responsibility to stop the production line should a safety or quality issue appear

    • Assembly Line Worker Skill & Education Requirements :

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must successfully pass an assessment required by company standards
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Meet physical demands of the job
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Able to meet attendance requirements
  • A team work, can do attitude and willing to learn
  • Have a desire to succeed!!
