Job Description
The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for developing omnichannel marketing plans that drive business growth and capitalize on key opportunities. These plans will include a strategic mix of digital and traditional channels, both paid and owned. Acting as the centralized campaign leader, this role collaborates closely with partners across Digital Programs, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations. The position supports a range of digital growth initiatives, including app downloads, same-day delivery, curbside pickup, and express payment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Apply a strong understanding of business, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform strategic planning.
- Partner with leadership to set marketing goals using data-driven techniques based on past performance, market insights, and traffic forecasts.
- Develop marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue growth, including defining target audiences, budgets, priorities, and timing.
- Align marketing goals, strategic plans, and tactical execution across cross-functional teams.
- Own tactical plan execution, determining optimal channel mix across paid and owned media and crafting communication strategies.
- Write creative briefs and manage asset trafficking through to campaign launch.
- Ensure measurement plans are in place for each campaign, optimize mid-flight, and deliver post-campaign performance analysis.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to define short- and long-term growth roadmaps.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the team, including managing one direct report.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing B2C omnichannel marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills with knowledge of key marketing metrics (e.g., incrementality, ROAS, CPC, CTR).Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring both strategic and hands-on execution.Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.Retail or CPG experience preferred but not required.
