Location : Cayuga County, NY (Relocation Required)

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000 for Entry-Level Attorneys | $101,000 for Experienced Attorneys

Are you a newly minted or experienced attorney with a passion for corporate law? Our client is seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its team in Cayuga County, NY.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and review a variety of contracts, including master service agreements, IT service agreements, and maintenance agreements.
• Provide legal counsel during business meetings to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and contractual needs.
