    • Position Overview

  • Serve as
  • owner and lead pediatrician
  • providing comprehensive healthcare for infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Oversee clinical operations, patient care standards, and practice management functions.
  • Engage with local healthcare networks and community organizations.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and medical standards.

    • Candidate Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
  • Current medical license in good standing (or eligibility for state licensure).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in managing business and operational aspects of practice ownership.

    • Purchase Details

  • Practice available for immediate acquisition or planned transition.
  • Financial and performance reports available upon request.
  • Seller willing to provide transitional support post-sale to ensure continuity of care.
