We’re looking for a Full-Time Lead Barista to anchor our mornings and support daily operations at WINNER Bakery  & our kiosk, WINNER in the Park. This role is perfect for a hands-on, experienced barista with leadership experience, who enjoys setting the tone for the day, maintaining high standards, and teaching others.

What You’ll Do

• Open and lead daily operations at WINNER & Park, ensuring smooth setup and readiness before service begins.
• Work across both FOH and BOH tasks — pull espresso, steam milk, restock, run food from kitchen to guests, and maintain clean, organized workspaces.
• Train and mentor barista staff, reinforcing consistency, proper technique, and hospitality standards.
• Manage coffee quality control — dialing in espresso, calibrating grinders, and ensuring recipes are followed.
• Run the POS and counter, assist with bagging orders, and keep the flow of service efficient during peak hours.
• Support inventory and ordering, communicating with management to ensure all coffee, tea and supply needs are met.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas of service.
