Shasta Regional Medical Center, a 226-bed acute care facility and a proud member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia team in Redding, California. This is an outstanding opportunity to enjoy a flexible schedule with no overnight or on-call responsibilities, while practicing in a supportive and patient-focused environment.

Position Highlights

Employment : Full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling

Practice Scope : General surgery, orthopedic procedures, and routine elective surgeries

Patient Population : Adults only (no pediatrics)

Schedule : Daytime hours, no overnight or on-call shifts

Requirements :

Current certification as a CRNA (NBCRNA)

Active California RN and CRNA license (or ability to obtain)

BLS and ACLS certification

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary : $240,000 $275,000 annually (dependent on experience and schedule)

$10,000 sign-on bonus

Health insurance : Self-funded EPO (HMO) plan at no cost to provider

Retirement plan : 401(k)

CME allowance

Relocation reimbursement

Malpractice insurance coverage
