Join our dedicated, patient-centered Urgent Care team in Centereach, NY ! We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Full-Time Physician (MD / DO) who is passionate about delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

️ Key Responsibilities ️

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans following best practices and patient preferences
• Provide care to a variety of patients, including pediatric patients (4 months+), occupational medicine cases, medical clearances, and acute illnesses / injuries
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with facility policies
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, EKGs, and other relevant studies
• Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care

Facility Hours of Operation

What You Bring

️ Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

️ Active NY state medical license & DEA certification

️ Experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred

️ Excellent communication & patient care skills

️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

️ Comfortable treating pediatric patients (4 months & older)
