We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Clinical Assistant to join our growing team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the dental practice and to providing a positive, professional experience for our patients. The Dental Clinical Assistant will work closely with the dentist and lead dental assistant to deliver high-quality patient care, assist during procedures, and maintain an organized and sterile clinical environment. The Dental Clinical Assistant is responsible for preparing patients for treatment, assisting the dentist during a wide range of procedures, and ensuring that all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained. You will help set up and break down treatment rooms, ensure infection control standards are strictly followed, and manage clinical supplies. Taking and developing dental X-rays, recording medical and dental histories, and updating patient charts accurately are also important parts of this position.

Beyond clinical duties, the clinical assistant will help make patients feel comfortable and informed before, during, and after treatment. Providing clear pre- and post-procedure instructions and addressing any patient concerns with care and professionalism is essential.

This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment. Familiarity with dental software is helpful, and adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control protocols is mandatory. A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills will contribute to your success in this role.
