Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Senior Community Manager at Petme . The Senior Community Manager will be responsible for managing and engaging with the pet owner, sitter, and business community on the platform, fostering a positive and supportive environment. Daily tasks include moderating discussions, resolving conflicts, organizing events, and promoting community growth.

Qualifications

Community Management and Engagement skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution abilities

Experience in social media management and content creation

Knowledge of pet care industry trends and practices

Ability to work independently and in a remote environment

Previous experience in community building or customer service roles

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
