Your Future Team

The Product Management and Enablement team drives the vision, strategy, and success of our products from concept to adoption. This team collaborates across departments to define product requirements, prioritize development efforts, and ensure alignment with business goals. In addition, they empower internal teams and advisor practices through product training, resources, and go-to-market enablement to ensure effective use and understanding of our solutions. Together, they bridge innovation and execution to deliver impactful, scalable products that meet client and advisor needs.

What You'll Do

This role is embedded within the Product Management organization and is focused on internal product ownership, platform integration, and advisor enablement. The Senior Manager, Marketing Product Management will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure that product capabilities are accurately represented across HubSpot, websites, Salesforce and SEO-driven channels. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of client and advisor-facing tools and integrations, ensuring seamless delivery and adoption across the wealth management ecosystem.

Product Ownership & Strategy

Define and manage the roadmap for advisor-facing platforms and integrations (e.g., CRM, reporting, onboarding tools, events software).

Collect feedback and translate advisor needs into product requirements and success metrics.

Align product strategy with firm-wide initiatives and regulatory requirements

Integration Management

Lead integration efforts across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and internal systems of record

Ensure data integrity, security, and compatibility across systems.

Partner with IT and vendor teams to execute seamless transitions and upgrades.

Marketing Collaboration

Serve as the product liaison to the Marketing team, ensuring accurate representation of product features for marketing tools such as Contentful, WordPress, Salesforce, HubSpot and more as needed.

Assist the marketing operations team with the marketing roadmap

Review and approve permissioning and role-based access to ensure alignment with product responsibilities for marketing tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics

What You'll Bring

5+ years of product management experience in wealth management, fintech, or financial services.

Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and advisor workflows

Strong understanding of SEO principles and website content strategy.

Proven success in managing cross-functional initiatives and integrations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and SDLC.

Base salary of $130,000-$150,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
