- Job Description : Evaluate / monitor patient care before and during surgery.

- Telehealth : No
- Number of Physicians : 6
- Number of Advanced Practice Providers : 2
- Number of Exam rooms : 13 OR rooms
- Medical Imaging : No
- Lab & Pharmacy : No
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume : 30-50 cases for whole department per day
- EMR : EPIC
