The Part 145 MRO Repair Station Manager will perform daily functions, tasks, and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's production department.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a Part 145 MRO Repair Station Manager to support our maintenance and repair operations. Candidates should have at least three years of Aerospace / Aviation Facility Management experience, or related maintenance and repair industry experience. Our Facility Manager will be dedicated to the safety of team members, ensure compliance with all FAA, EASA, and customer and company requirements, and deliver products to customers on time. Our Facility Manager will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to succeed.

Mandatory requirement :

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of Facility Management experience or related experience in a similar role leading a team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Distribution, Engineering, or related field.
  • Industry experience may be accepted instead of education.
  • Knowledge and skills :

  • Aviation experience in safety equipment experience a plus.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn & use the operating system.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally to the company.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Must-have qualifications :

  • Aerospace / aviation experience.
  • Minimum three years’ experience supervising a team and leading an aircraft products / component maintenance facility, plus 7 years of aviation maintenance experience in a safety equipment MRO.
  • Repairman’s Certification and the ability to qualify as the Accountable Manager for the site.
  • Requirements & Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Proficient in basic math : addition, subtraction, multiplication, division (including fractions and decimals).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, maintenance manuals, and schematics.
  • Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and pulling.
  • Good eyesight, including color vision, and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tracking.
  • Works well in team-based environments.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications.
  • US Citizen or resident status.
