Your Opportunity
Join a multi-discipline Transportation team with a culture focused on supporting individuals while delivering innovative and impactful transportation designs to the communities we call home and the places we like to play.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Transportation Practice Leadership and support the growth of the team and Transportation business line within Stantec in the Colorado and Mountain Region. The role will support both business development and public involvement delivering results for clients and communities. You will work closely with our technical project managers to create compelling messages and content that set our firm apart from the competition in the preparation of client-focused proposals, expressions of interest, and statements of qualifications.
The projects and clients are diverse in nature providing opportunity to be a part of a growing team and find your passion while developing the technical expertise to support a strong career. You will focus on Colorado Department of Transportation and Colorado local agencies while also working on projects in Arizona and New Mexico. The project portfolio may range from gravel pathways and trails in national parks to urban corridors and major projects such as large transit and alternative delivery projects.
We are looking for a team player who can set the strategy, gather market intelligence, identify key pursuits, and facilitate business developers along the pursuit processes. This role requires that you can communicate effectively with a variety of people, are organized and have self-initiative, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, monitor sales and return on investment of business development efforts / costs and learn our technical methodology to help the team maneuver the competitive environment with confidence.
This role will use advanced presentation, writing and editing skills to assist various proposal managers in the preparation of client account management plans, and oversee client-focused proposals, expressions of interest, and statements of qualifications. You will be responsible for enhancing the company brand in the BC marketplace and will be an integral part of why our team will be winning great work.
This position will also develop and execute public involvement material and strategies for project execution as a standalone or complimentary service for clients to engage and deliver creative project solutions to today's civic challenges.

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
