Summary: Care Ride Usa is a non-medical, personal concierge and transportation support service dedicated to helping seniors and individuals maintain independence, dignity, and access to essential services. From transportation and errands to pharmacy pickups and social outings, we provide reliable, compassionate support to our communities. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven business development representative (bdr) to accelerate our sales growth, expand our pipeline, and strengthen our presence in the healthcare and senior services market. The business development representative will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and expanding care ride usas footprint through strategic outreach, partnerships, and event marketing. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, pipeline growth, and closing new accounts.
- 1-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or related roles (healthcare, home care, transportation, or b2b services preferred).
- Proven ability to drive sales volume and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience attending or representing a company at trade shows and events is a plus.
- Proficiency with crm systems and basic sales reporting tools.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (for local travel and events).
- Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Build, maintain, and manage a healthy pipeline of engaged buyers and prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and moves prospects through the sales funnel from initial contact to close.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets.
- Track all sales activity and pipeline metrics in crm or reporting tools.
- Develop relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, home care agencies, hospitals, clinics, and community organizations.
- Identify new market opportunities and referral channels.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies, pricing, and service offerings.
- Represent care ride usa at trade shows, networking events, health fairs, senior expos, and community events.
- Distribute marketing materials and deliver concise service presentations.
- Build brand visibility and trust within the community and professional networks.
- Follow up with events leads to interest into active clients.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact during onboarding and early client engagement.
- Ensure smooth handoff to operations once clients are activated.
- Maintain relationships with referral partners to drive repeat and long-term business.
