Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join SoFi’s Home Loans team and lead the pre-application experience for new members. This role will be responsible for optimizing the top of the Home Loans funnel from landing pages through to application start. You will own a high-impact area with strong business visibility, working at the intersection of growth, product, and member experience. Your mission will be to help new and existing SoFi members discover, explore, and begin their journey toward homeownership with SoFi. That includes building smart, personalized, and high-converting experiences for both first-time visitors and existing members, and using experimentation, data, and customer insights to continually iterate and improve. This is a hands-on, full-stack PM role. You’ll partner with engineering, design, growth marketers, data scientists, and others to deliver measurable business impact and delightful member experiences. You’ll lead independently, own key metrics, and help shape the strategy for Home Loans growth at SoFi.
